Senior Parts Advisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

My client, a highly prestige large equipment company based in Omaha, seeks an experienced Senior Parts Advisor to join their team to help provide top quality service to internal customers that visit our parts counter. Are you an experienced large Equipment Senior Parts Advisor or an experienced Parts Advisor looking for career progression?

Our Senior Parts Advisor role in this position involves:

• Optimizing the sale of all Parts and Accessory products to Internal Customers, Sales Department customers and workshop customers.
• Meeting the needs of parts customers and increasing all aspects of the parts business
• Ensuring that all customers are completely satisfied at all stages
• Confirmation and explanation of all paperwork to customers
• Invoice preparation and full explanation of the parts to the customer

• Agree and arrange future contact appointments

  1. must possess fluent IT skills, have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work as part of a team and as an individual and able to converse with customers face-to-face. Experience is advantageous and you must have 5 years of large equipment parts experience within a similar role.
