Installation Tech Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Come work for a well established family run local construction company. We are looking for hard workers to join our team.

 

A Construction Worker’s responsibilities primarily focus on completing building projects in a timely and effective manner. The following are some responsibilities and duties of a Construction Worker:

  • Taking apart or constructing scaffolding, bracing and other temporary structures for the construction site
  • Prepare the work site
  • Operating equipment and heavy machinery used in construction sites
  • Following instructions from construction project managers and supervisors
  • Loading and unloading building materials
  • Cleaning the construction site by removing hazards materials and debris from the worksite

Spray Foam and Insulation Technician Job Opportunity  

Established spray foam company needs help with growing insulation and poly-jacking business. Looking for individuals who are comfortable in various construction environments and willing to work with a team to serve others.

Applicant must be comfortable working on their feet, able to lift 50+ pounds, willing to work under expert direction, and motivated to do top quality work with a natural pride in helping people.

Our leadership is geared to develop and encourage personal growth in each member of our team. Paid training events, industry trade-shows, and on the job training are all designed to encourage and enable individuals who want to improve and learn new skills.

Rapid promotion opportunities exist for motivated and capable individuals.

Mechanical skills, familiarity with pulling and backing trailers, and experience working with spray equipment are all big pluses, but not required. Training will be provided for anyone who is willing to listen and learn from others. 

Flexible work hours with options for four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days as well as opportunities for overtime. Also have part time positions available.

Job pays $17-$23 per hour depending on experience and abilities. Paid time off is available after 90 days employment. 

Must be willing to take DISC assessment and VAK assessment as part of the application process.
