Insurance Agency Producer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your main mission will be to generate new business accounts and sell personal and commercial insurance products to existing and new customers. Marketing leads will be provided. Your first challenge in this role will be learning the products, services, and world-class business techniques. You’re courteous and professional sales demeanor, both on the phone and in person, will ensure that clients and agency staff alike will know that their issues are being handled by a competent and concerned business professional. The job of the producer in an insurance agency is to sell or produce the business that enables the agency to prosper and grow. The producer often responds to requests from clients who need insurance, as opposed to the stereotypical salesman who goes door-to-door to market their products.

Compensation is comprised of a competitive base salary, plus a monthly share of team commissions and bonuses.
